Why should people come to Adoption By Choice?
The commitment Adoption by Choice has in working with children and families is truly inspiring. Everyone who walks through the doors at Adoption By Choice feels welcomed and is treated with respect. It is the compassion, dedication and commitment of everyone at Adoption By Choice that sets it apart from other work place settings. We consistently build relationships with families and community partners that strengthen over time.
Why you chose to work for Adoption By Choice?
There is a team atmosphere that has been developed at Adoption By Choice where everyone has a voice and their opinions are heard. There is also the opportunity to be creative and think ‘outside of the box’. I feel truly supported by fellow co-workers and our Director. Everyone is committed to the vision at Adoption By Choice “To bring permanency, safety and happiness to children”. There is a supportive work environment where individuals care about one another and have fun together.
